Contact support
Email: support@housedaddyai.com
Write from the email address on your HouseDaddyAI account if you can. Tell us what you were doing, which page or screen you were on and the exact message you saw. A screenshot helps.
Never send us your password, a sign-in or reset code, an access token or full payment card details. We will never ask for them.
Help topics

- Credits and billing
- Data lookups
- Imports
- Mobile app preview
- Account or data deletion
Account and sign-in
- Sign in on the HouseDaddyAI home page with the email address and password you used when you subscribed.
- Forgot your password? Choose Forgot password? on the sign-in screen. If an account exists for that email, we send a reset code to it.
- If the reset email does not arrive, check your spam folder, then email support from the same address.
- Each subscription is for one person. See the Terms of Service for account rules.
Credits and billing
- Payments are handled by Stripe. To update a card, see invoices or cancel, open the billing portal from your dashboard.
- Plans can include credits for data lookups and skip tracing, and you can buy extra credit packs from your dashboard, which also shows your balances.
- Refunds, cancellations and disputes are covered by our Refund Policy.
- If you think you were charged by mistake, or credits did not appear after a purchase, email support with your account email and the date of the charge. Please contact us before going to your bank.
Data lookups
- Property, owner, title and market details come from public records and third-party data providers. They can be incomplete or out of date, so check anything important before you rely on it.
- Some lookups use credits from your balance.
- If a result looks wrong or a lookup fails, send us the property address or parcel number (APN), the county and state, and roughly when you ran it.
Imports
- You can import property lists, such as tax sale lists, from a spreadsheet, a PDF or a county web page.
- If an import fails or the columns look wrong, tell us the file type, roughly how many rows it has and the message you saw.
- Lists often contain other people's names and addresses, so please do not attach the file unless we ask for it.
Mobile app preview
- The HouseDaddyAI mobile app is in a limited preview. Some screens show sample data, and sample results are demonstrations, not current listings.
- Where sign-in is available, the app uses your existing HouseDaddyAI account. You cannot create an account in the app.
- To report a problem, email support with your device model, the app version if you can find it and the screen where it happened.
Account or data deletion
You can ask us to delete your HouseDaddyAI account and the data connected to it.
- Email support@housedaddyai.com with the subject Account deletion request.
- Send it from the email address on your account, and tell us whether you want the whole account deleted or only certain data.
- If you have an active subscription, say so in your request.
You can also request deletion inside the House Daddy mobile app under Account, then Account deletion. Our account deletion page explains what we delete, what we keep and for how long.
Before we act, we will verify that the request comes from the account holder. That may mean replying to the account email address or asking you to confirm details only the account holder would know. We will then answer by email to confirm what we deleted and tell you about anything we have to keep, for example records needed for billing, tax or legal reasons.
If you are not a HouseDaddyAI customer and have a question about information about you that appears in the service, you can also write to support@housedaddyai.com.
What to expect after you write
- We reply by email, mostly on business days.
- How long a reply takes depends on how many messages we have and what you need.
- Billing investigations and deletion requests can take longer than a simple question because we check them first.
- If you write again about the same issue, reply in the same email thread so we keep the history together.
