We want every subscriber to get real value from HouseDaddyAI. This policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and payment disputes are handled.
If you are not satisfied with HouseDaddyAI, you may request a refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase. To request a refund:
After the initial 7-day period, subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard, and you will retain access through the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for partial months.
Your subscription renews automatically each month. We send a reminder email 3 days before each renewal. If you do not wish to be charged for the next month, cancel before the renewal date. We do not issue refunds for renewal charges unless there was a verified billing error on our end.
If you signed up with a promotional code that includes free months, the 7-day refund window applies from the date of your first paid charge, not from the start of the free period. Cancellation during a free trial incurs no charge.
If you believe you were charged in error (duplicate charge, incorrect amount, charge after cancellation), contact us immediately at support@housedaddyai.com. We will investigate and, if confirmed, issue a full refund for the erroneous charge within 5 business days.

In some cases, we may offer account credits instead of a monetary refund. Account credits are applied to your next billing cycle and cannot be transferred or cashed out.
