All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
We may offer free trial periods or promotional pricing at our discretion. At the end of a trial or promotional period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the applicable plan rate unless cancelled before the trial expires.

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal real estate investment activities.
The Service integrates with third-party data providers. We are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of third-party data. Your use of third-party services through our platform may be subject to their respective terms and conditions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HouseDaddyAI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
